TERMS OF USE
Please read these terms of use carefully. The Terms of Use (the "Agreement") should be read by you (the "User") in its entirety prior to your use of of the the Service. Please note that the agreement constitutes a legally binding agreement between you and GeneralProtocols (referred to herein as "we", "our" or the "Operator") which owns and operates the website application. By using the website application, you agree to be bound by these terms of use and all terms incorporated by reference.
THE SERVICE
BCH BULL is an online, decentralized and autonomous environment that displays price information and autonomous smart contract mechanisms of digital tokens and assets ("Digital Assets") and provides the user-interface that guides your access (the "Service").
You affirm that you are aware and acknowledge that the Operator is a non-custodial provider of software services, meaning that the Operator does not custody, control or manage User funds in any manner whatsoever. The services are deployed in a decentralized environment wherein the services can be autonomously and directly accessed by the User without any involvement or actions taken by the Operator or any third-party.
RISK OF CRYPTOGRAPHIC SYSTEMS
By utilizing the Service or interacting with the site in any way, you represent that you understand the inherent risks associated with cryptographic systems; and warrant that you have an understanding of the usage and intricacies of native cryptographic tokens, like Bitcoin Cash (Bitcoin Cash) and blockchain-based software systems.
The Operator does not own or control any of the underlying software through which blockchain networks are formed. In general, the underlying software for blockchain networks tends to be open source such that anyone can use, copy, modify, and distribute it. By using the Service, you acknowledge and agree (i) the Operator is not responsible for operation of the underlying software and networks and that there exists no guarantee of functionality, security, or availability of such software and networks; and (ii) that the underlying protocols are subject to sudden changes in operating rules (known as "Forks"), and that such forks may materially affect the Service. It might be discretionarily decided not to support (or cease supporting) a forked network entirely. You acknowledge and agree that the Operator assumes absolutely no responsibility whatsoever in respect of any underlying software protocols, whether forked or not.
Underlying networks use public/private key cryptography. You alone are responsible for securing your private key(s). The Operator does not have access to your private key(s). Losing control of your private key will permanently and irreversibly deny you access to related funds on the Bitcoin Cash blockchain or other network. Neither the Operator nor any other person will be able to retrieve or protect your funds. Once your private key(s) is lost, you will not be able to transfer your Digital Assets to any other address or wallet. If this occurs, you will not be able to realize any value or utility that you may hold now or in future.
VOLATILITY OF CRYPTOCURRENCY
You understand that Bitcoin Cash and other blockchain technologies and associated Digital Assets, currencies or tokens are highly volatile due to many factors including but not limited to adoption, speculation, technology and security risks. You also acknowledge that the cost of transacting on such technologies is variable and may increase at any time causing impact to any activities taking place on the Bitcoin Cash blockchain. You acknowledge these risks and represent that the Operator cannot be held liable for such fluctuations or increased costs.
GRANT OF LICENSE
Subject to terms of use contained herein, the Operator grants the User a non-exclusive, personal, nontransferable right to access the Service on his/her personal computer or other device (including mobile) that has internet in order to access the services located within the application.
THE SERVICE IS FORBIDDEN FOR USE BY:
Individuals under 18 years of age.
Individuals under the legal age of majority in their
jurisdiction.
Individuals accessing the Service from jurisdictions from
which it is illegal to do so.
The use of cryptocurrency may be illegal in the jurisdiction
in which you are located. The Operator is not able to verify
the legality of the Service in each jurisdiction and it is the
User's sole responsibility to ensure that their use of the
Service is lawful.
OWNERSHIP OF INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
The term "BCH BULL", its domain name and any other intellectual property rights (including but not limited to our title, trademarks, service marks, designs, logos, URLs, and trade names that are displayed on the Service, which we refer to in these terms) used as part of the Service (the trademarks) are solely owned by the Operator. In addition, all content on the website, including, but not limited to, the images, pictures, graphics, photographs, animations, videos, music, audio and text (the "website content") belongs to the Operator and is protected by copyright and/or other intellectual property or other rights. You hereby acknowledge that by using the Service, you obtain no rights to such content and/or the trademarks, or any part thereof. Excepting usage allowed for content covered by open source licenses, under no circumstances may you use the trademarks and the site content without the Operator's prior written consent. Additionally, you agree not to do anything that will harm or potentially harm the rights, including the intellectual property rights of the Operator.
CONTRACT LIABILITY
The Operator shall not have any responsibilities or liabilities for any delays, funds being stuck or frozen and losses that may occur during the creation and payout out of contracts on the Bitcoin Cash blockchain.
ANTI FRAUD
The Operator has a strict anti-fraud policy. The Operator reserves the right to terminate the Service if fraudulent activities are detected to manipulate the contract creations as to unknowingly give unfair or inaccurate terms to other parties within the contract creation process. Should you become aware of any possible errors in the software, you agree to refrain from taking advantage of them. Moreover, you agree to report to the Operator any error or incompleteness immediately.
OPERATOR RIGHTS
The Operator reserves the right to modify this Terms of Use, in whole or in part, at any time without notice.
NO REPRESENTATION OR WARRANTY
You expressly understand and agree that your use of the Service is at your sole risk.
The Operator provides you with no warranty or representation whatsoever regarding its quality, completeness or accuracy of its services. In no case shall the Operator be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, punitive or consequential damages arising from your use of our service. Regardless of our efforts, the Operator makes no warranty that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely or error-free, or that defects will be corrected. The Operator retains authority over the issuing, maintenance and closing of the Service. You acknowledge and agree that your sole and exclusive remedy for any dispute with the Operator is to stop using the Service.
YOUR REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES
Prior to your use of the Service and on an ongoing basis you represent, warrant, covenant and agree that:
There is a risk of losing Bitcoin Cash when using the Service and that the Operator has no responsibility to you for any such loss. Your use of the Service is at your sole option, discretion and risk. You are solely responsible for any applicable taxes which may be payable on any contracts created on the Service. The telecommunications networks and Internet access services required for you to access and use the Service are entirely beyond the control of the Operator and we shall have no liability whatsoever for any outages, slowness, freezing, capacity constraints or other deficiencies affecting the same.
PERSONAL USE
The Service is intended solely for the User's personal use. It is prohibited to exploit any vulnerability of the Service for personal gain. It is prohibited to use double-spend transactions for crypto transactions involving the Service. It is prohibited to spam, use offensive words and post advertising in emails to administration and/or customer service team of the Service. It is prohibited to post false and/or offensive information about the Service on external resources (forums, blogs, social networks and other).
SHARED WALLET
The User should not select a shared wallet, exchange wallet, or any other wallet as a contract payout address that is not solely controlled by the User, as any amounts sent to such address may not be properly credited to the User. It is not recommended to share your contract details to third-parties.
JURISDICTIONS
This Site may be accessed from all countries around the world where the local technology permits. As each country has differing laws, by accessing this Site both we and you agree that the laws of the Republic of Singapore, without regard to the conflict of laws principles thereof, will apply to all matters relating to these Terms of Use. You accept and agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Singapore in respect of any dispute or difference arising out of and/or in connection with these Terms of Use.
It is your responsibility to determine the law that applies in the location in which you are present. You must ensure that you will be acting legally in your jurisdiction in using the Service, and you represent, warrant and agree that you will do so.
SEVERABILITY
If any provision of this agreement is or becomes illegal, invalid or unenforceable in any jurisdiction, that shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision of the agreement, which shall remain in full force and effect.

AMENDMENT
The Operator reserves the right to update or modify this agreement or any part at any time or otherwise change the service without notice and you will be bound by such amended agreement. Therefore, we encourage you check the terms and conditions contained in the version of the agreement in force at such time. Your continued use of the service shall be deemed to attest to your agreement to any amendments to the agreement.
INFORMATION COLLECTED
The Service does not collect any personal information or private data. All contract creation and transaction history, whether this takes place via the website or via other means will be on the publicly viewable Bitcoin Cash blockchain. The Service may identify Users through GeoIP location data to prevent access from prohibited jurisdictions. Anonymous, aggregated non-personal website traffic data is collected.
USE OF INFORMATION
The Operator does not collect personal information through the Service, and as such, no personal data can be processed, distributed or sold to any third party. Aggregated web traffic data is used for optimizing and maintaining the Service.
COOKIES
The Service does not use or store cookies on your computer or equipment in order for you to use the service.
